Lurker Contain
ZvTA strategic approach in ZvT where lurkers are rushed and positioned outside Terran's natural expansion to prevent tank pushes or deny expansion attempts. The burrowed lurkers create a zone of control that Terran cannot cross without science vessel detection or siege tank range, buying Zerg valuable time to drone and expand.
Execute by getting lurker aspect as early as possible after lair. Burrow 2-3 lurkers at the chokepoint leading out of Terran's natural. Position them where siege tanks cannot hit them from high ground. Reinforce with additional lurkers and zerglings if Terran tries to push through. Meanwhile, take your third and fourth bases behind the contain.
This works best on maps where Terran's natural has a narrow exit that lurkers can cover effectively. Use it when you scout a slow Terran build that will not have science vessels soon. Not a complete build order on its own — more of a mid-game strategy that follows an initial economic opening. Weak if Terran already has science vessels for irradiate, or if they push out with siege tanks before the lurkers are in position.
